About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-centric Channel Support Executive to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting regional business accounts. You’ll enjoy endless growth opportunities and drive the Company’s global footprint in growing market segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with stakeholders in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea
- Bridge communication between internal and external stakeholders for cross-functional collaboration
- Manage a variety of complex assignments, including case management, credit/debit processing, return resolution, and backorder coordination
- Act as a key point-of-contact for service issues, product inquiries (e.g., returns and claims), and high-value customers
- Ensure orders, deliveries, and product shipments are managed timely and accurately, including management of order backlogs
- Support the sales team in providing b2b customer service and administrative support, such as managing customer complaints, resolving customer enquiries, and handling order processing
Candidate profile:
- Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service and logistics in trading/manufacturing sectors
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with international clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel. Proficiency and experience in Salesforce and SAP/S4 are an advantage
- A positive, friendly and customer-centric attitude while maintaining a professional approach
