- Collect valuable feedback from both participants and staff to fuel continuous improvements, making each programme more impactful than the last.
- Oversee all logistical elements including scheduling, resource management, transport arrangements, and clear communication with everyone involved.
- Manage budgets thoughtfully by balancing financial responsibility with the drive to provide top-quality events and activities.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, business partners, and external organisations to secure everything needed for successful programmes.
- Track and assess programme effectiveness using established metrics, making timely enhancements to maximise positive outcomes.
- Offer operational support across different areas as needed to keep everything running smoothly within the department or wider organisation.
- Tackle ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management with enthusiasm to ensure seamless operations within the team.
- Cultivate lasting connections within the educational group as well as with partner schools to strengthen collaboration.
