Regional Business Development Manager(Medical Aesthetics)
Our client is a renown medical aesthetics brand in APAC.
Position Overview
My client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly strategic commercial leader to drive the growth of their premium injectable aesthetics portfolio (including dermal fillers and advanced skin rejuvenators) across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia (SEA).
In this role, you will be the architectural force behind our regional market expansion. You will take full ownership of the commercial lifecycle—from executing high-impact go-to-market strategies and managing complex distributor/KOL networks to overseeing medical device registrations. Acting as the critical bridge between internal global teams and external regional stakeholders, you will ensure our brand positioning translates into market leadership.
What you will:
1. Market Expansion & Commercial Growth

Strategic Growth: Devise and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to aggressively scale the injectable aesthetics portfolio across Hong Kong and targeted SEA markets.

Network Cultivation: Identify, build, and maintain high-value relationships with key aesthetic clinics, medical groups, and regional distributors.

KOL Management: Establish a robust network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), prominent dermatologists, and plastic surgeons to champion product efficacy and build brand credibility.
2. Marketing, Training & Brand Execution

Educational Initiatives: Collaboratively design and execute medical education programs, hands-on doctor training workshops, and clinical seminars to ensure safe and optimal product adoption.

Commercial Rollouts: Spearhead regional product launches, tailoring global brand positioning to resonate with local cultural nuances and market demands.

Event Leadership: Support and lead participation in major industry congresses, trade shows, and exclusive brand events.
3. Regulatory & Cross-Functional Coordination

Compliance Oversight: Partner with external regulatory consultants to navigate and expedite medical device registration and compliance processes across diverse jurisdictions.

Internal Liaison: Act as the primary conduit between international headquarters and local commercial teams, ensuring seamless alignment on product pipeline, supply chain, and marketing assets.

Experience & Qualifications

Industry Expertise: 5–10 years of progressive commercial or business development experience within the medical aesthetics, medical devices, or injectables industry.

Product Familiarity: Deep, hands-on experience with injectable products (e.g., dermal fillers, neurotoxins, biostimulators, or energy-based devices) is highly preferred.

Regional Track Record: Proven success in managing multi-geography markets (specifically HK and SEA) and navigating complex, indirect distribution models.
