Full P&L Accountability: Deliver regional financial targets, managing gross revenue, operating margins, inventory health, and marketing spend efficiency across all Asian markets.

Commercial Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust multi-year commercial roadmap that capitalizes on emerging market trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and macroeconomic factors in Asia.

Geographic Expansion: Identify and unlock new market entries, joint ventures, and strategic distribution partnerships to maximize market share in high-growth territories.

Retail & Digital Excellence: Accelerate the region’s digital transformation by strengthening e-commerce channels, social commerce initiatives, and traditional brick-and-mortar retail partnerships.

Joint Business Planning (JBP): Maintain and elevate executive-level relationships with top-tier regional retailers, distributors, and digital platform giants.
Required Experience & Qualifications

Executive Track Record: 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within global consumer goods (FMCG), consumer electronics, or entertainment/licensing sectors, with at least 5 years operating at a regional director level.

Regional Expertise: Proven experience managing complex, fragmented markets across Asia with a deep understanding of local compliance, retail landscapes, and cultural nuances.

P&L Mastery: Demonstrated success managing large-scale regional P&Ls exceeding tens of millions (USD), with a proven track record of driving both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.
