A leading plastic injection and precision moulding organisation seeks a Business Development Director in Hong Kong to transform OEM growth and expand market share through strategic client partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full OEM sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, driving deal conversion and revenue outcomes
- Drive new business development across target markets by identifying and securing opportunities to expand OEM footprint and commercial growth
- Leverage and expand industry networks to build a strong pipeline and strengthen market penetration
- Deliver revenue growth by executing targeted sales strategies and achieving ambitious commercial targets
- Lead OEM client relationships to build long-term partnerships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Contribute to strategic planning including pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy to strengthen competitive advantage
Candidate profile:
- 15+ years’ sales experience in OEM environments across industrial, electronics, or manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record in OEM sales cycle management and complex B2B negotiations
- Strong hunter mindset with success in prospecting, cold outreach, and winning new accounts
- Established industry network with ability to generate opportunities and accelerate business growth
- Leadership experience in guiding sales teams, driving performance, and executing growth strategies
