A food industry organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Manager to transform sales performance, unlock new market opportunities, and drive long-term commercial success.

Key responsibilities:

As Sales Manager, you will lead regional sales initiatives to drive sustainable growth and long-term business success.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across key account channels, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and business partners to support long-term commercial success
  • Lead the growth of a diverse food products portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand market share and customer reach
  • Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities to shape growth strategies and unlock future revenue streams
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and operational excellence

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring a strong track record in sales leadership, commercial growth, and stakeholder management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5–8 years’ sales and marketing experience, preferably within Food Services, FMCG, Retail, or related industries
  • Proven track record of leading multi-channel sales operations and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
