Key responsibilities:
As Sales Manager, you will lead regional sales initiatives to drive sustainable growth and long-term business success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across key account channels, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and business partners to support long-term commercial success
- Lead the growth of a diverse food products portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand market share and customer reach
- Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities to shape growth strategies and unlock future revenue streams
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and operational excellence
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring a strong track record in sales leadership, commercial growth, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years’ sales and marketing experience, preferably within Food Services, FMCG, Retail, or related industries
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel sales operations and driving business growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
