We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team across Hong Kong and neighbouring markets. This role is crucial in shaping the future direction of the Company, driving sustainable growth and long-term success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and strengthen relationships with key clients and business partners
  • Devise sales strategies for a diverse portfolio of food products, such as bakery ingredients, catering and restaurant items, coffee beans, frozen food, pastries etc
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and market trends to inform long-term business development strategies
  • Direct revenue and profit growth in key account channels (e.g., Airline, Catering, Food Chain, Hotel etc.)
  • Supervise and lead the team to reach revenue targets and maintain engagement with key clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline relevant sales activities and control procedures
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments as required

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing in a reputable organisation, preferably in the food industry, especially in F&B and HORECA sectors
  • Sales experience in bakery ingredients, catering and restaurant items, coffee beans, frozen food, pastries is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken Japanese is a must
