Sales Specialist - Electronic / PCB
A leading global electronics manufacturer is seeking a Sales Specialist with expertise in electronic and printed circuit board (PCB) solutions to drive business growth across advanced PCB technologies and turnkey assembly services.

Key responsibilities:
Support regional business growth by managing client relationships, driving new opportunities, and delivering tailored PCB manufacturing solutions across diverse market segments.
- Drive new business development initiatives across assigned territories while supporting regional sales growth strategies
- Identify and engage high-potential accounts to expand revenue opportunities and long-term customer partnerships
- Lead presentations, solution proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations tailored to customer requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of all won, lost, and pending opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to strengthen the advanced technology business pipeline
- Build strategic relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand future business needs and market opportunities
- Support the development of manufacturing and engineering service capabilities to meet evolving customer demands
- Resolve commercial and financial matters efficiently, including pricing discussions, accounts receivable issues, and jobs on hold, while travelling as required to support business activities.
Candidate profile:
Bring strong expertise in PCB manufacturing sales, technical solution selling, and client relationship management within the electronics industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts with deep market knowledge and expertise across relevant customer segments and sales trends
- Proven experience in advanced engineering or technical product sales, with solid understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and solutions
- Highly accountable in forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic business planning with a results-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and meet tight deadlines effectively
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging regional and international stakeholders
