A leading global provider of talent solutions is seeking an Enterprise Growth Account Manager to join their expanding team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving strategic growth, building senior-level relationships, and delivering impactful talent solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-potential enterprise clients, focusing on increasing annual recurring revenue through strategic account development.

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with clients’ business and talent priorities.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to uncover new opportunities and present tailored, outcome-driven proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to mobilize resources and deliver comprehensive solutions across Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Succession Planning, and more.

  • Partner closely with a Customer Success Manager to ensure contract retention and expansion.

Requirement:

  • Proven success in SaaS sales, account management, or business development—ideally within HR tech or talent solutions.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in people science and workforce transformation.

  • Highly proactive, structured, and results-oriented with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Recruitment is a plus.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese
