A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sustainable growth across LPG and non-LPG segments.

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen strategic stakeholder relationships, lead commercial initiatives, and identify new business opportunities while enhancing customer experience and long-term contract retention.

Key responsibilities:

You will drive business growth through strategic account management, channel development, stakeholder engagement, and customer-focused commercial initiatives across LPG and non-LPG segments.

  • Lead and manage distributor and channel partners to drive LPG volume, profitability, and long-term growth
  • Develop and execute account and channel strategies that strengthen customer loyalty, maximise retention, and deepen relationships across multiple organisational levels
  • Resolve complex customer and channel issues using strong commercial judgement and a customer-centric approach
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities across LPG and non-LPG segments, including feasibility analysis, business case development, and project execution
  • Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to shape territory and portfolio strategies and uncover growth opportunities
  • Implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that achieve revenue and profitability targets while improving operational efficiency and supporting broader growth plans
  • Monitor sales performance through KPIs and market intelligence, address performance gaps, and prepare account reviews, commercial proposals, and management reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand & Strategy, Logistics, Technical & Engineering, and Finance to ensure operational alignment, compliance, and successful delivery of strategic projects

Candidate profile:

You bring extensive experience in strategic account management, channel sales leadership, and business development within the energy or oil & gas sector, supported by strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, channel management, key account management, or business development, preferably within a commercial environment
  • Proven success managing distributors and external partners, resolving channel conflicts, and delivering strong commercial results
  • Strong channel sales leadership, strategic account management, business development, and distributor management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including distributors, operators, business partners, and regional counterparts, to support customer, market, and business objectives
