Account Manager - SaaS Sales

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with some of the most exciting enterprise clients, focusing on driving growth across a diverse portfolio. You will be empowered to shape account strategies, collaborate closely with internal experts, and deliver tailored solutions that support your clients’ business and talent priorities.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans designed to increase annual recurring revenue from a portfolio of high-potential existing customers.
  • Engage proactively with new and existing senior contacts within client organisations to identify fresh opportunities aligned with their evolving business and talent needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including product specialists, consultants, and customer success managers—to craft outcome-driven proposals that address client challenges.
  • Leverage the organisation’s broad capabilities across the entire talent lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Succession Planning, and more, to unlock new avenues for growth.
  • Partner with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless retention and expansion of existing contracts within your assigned portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to continuously refine account strategies and stay ahead of emerging opportunities within the HR technology space.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activities using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and effective communication across teams.
  • Participate actively in regular team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborative planning exercises to foster an inclusive environment focused on collective success.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events or client meetings as required, always upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated commercial experience in SaaS sales—ideally within HR technology—account management or business development roles where relationship-building was central.
  • Genuine interest in talent management solutions and enthusiasm for exploring how these offerings can address evolving market needs.
  • Proactive approach combined with accountability, structured thinking, curiosity about new ideas, adaptability in changing environments, and an ability to inspire collaboration among colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree is essential; additional knowledge or qualifications related to Industrial-Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or Recruitment would be highly regarded.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required; strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese are also important for success in this role.
  • Experience developing action-oriented account plans that drive measurable results while maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers across multiple industries by demonstrating empathy, active listening skills, and genuine interest in their challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools used for tracking account activity is beneficial but not mandatory if you are willing to learn quickly.
