Quality & Compliance Officer (Hardline, Toys)

Our client stands as an MNC manufacturing business. They're hiring a Quality & Compliance Officer to support the team for quality testing stuff.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside internal stakeholders, OEM vendors, and testing labs to define testing requirements for each project
  • Resolve quality and safety concerns that arise during inspections and feasibility testing at the factory site
  • Perform required studies or testing to ensure compliance with project standards
  • Attend quality and safety review meetings, offering insights and implementing necessary actions
  • Oversee factory conditions to identify potential issues affecting quality, safety, or client reputation, while assisting manufacturers in meeting social compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quality Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years' experience in QA/QC or product development operations
  • Involvement in factory & social compliance is a strong plus
  • Industry experience in premium hardgoods or toys is desired
  • Manufacturing background is a must
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
