Corporate Travel Management, Team Lead, Top Investment Bank
A top investment bank seeks a Corporate Travel Management Team Lead to transform Asia travel and expense management, optimising costs, elevating service delivery, and enhancing employee experience in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Travel & Expense operations across Asia, ensuring seamless delivery of corporate travel and expense programmes
- Manage a team of 7 FTEs and 60+ vendor staff, driving service excellence and operational efficiency
- Oversee regional travel categories, including air, hotel, ground transportation, corporate cards, and expense management
- Drive cost optimisation, travel risk management, and business continuity initiatives across the region
- Partner with Sourcing, Security, Legal, Finance, and Technology leaders to align travel strategies with business needs
- Lead vendor governance, contract negotiations, and KPI/SLA management to maximise service quality and value
- Shape the regional Travel & Expense strategy, enhancing employee experience, VIP support, and programme effectiveness
Candidate profile:
- Degree-qualified professional with 10+ years' Travel & Expense management experience within large multinational organisations, with strong knowledge of the Asia business landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Travel & Expense platforms, including Concur and related expense management technologies
- Experienced in leading regional operations within fast-paced, complex environments, consistently delivering results and exceeding performance target
- Strong expertise in KPI management, project delivery, business operations, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
