Senior Sourcing Manager (Engineering, Regional, up to 840K)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to lead our strategic procurement initiatives. This senior leadership position requires expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong market analysis skills, excellent supplier management abilities, and proven experience in cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Formulate operational policies that drive business growth and efficiency

Supplier Management & Development

• Identify and develop strategic supplier relationships
• Negotiate and execute supplier agreements
• Establish and maintain comprehensive supplier database and evaluation systems
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through effective supplier partnerships

Procurement Excellence

• Oversee procurement budget planning and cost control
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
• Stay abreast of technological developments in procurement
• Implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Maintain strong relationships with supply chain execution teams
• Coordinate closely with sales units to understand business needs
• Develop and implement effective workflows and standards
• Communicate market insights and product developments internally

Requirements

Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher; Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 10 years of sourcing management experience
• Manufacturing industry experience highly valued

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Expertise in supply chain management and cost control
• Proven negotiation skills

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin (written and verbal)
