Global Product Lead – Labels & Accessories
A global organisation seeks a Global Product Lead – Labels and Accessories to drive product innovation and operational excellence across global markets in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global product development team, owning performance, capability building, and delivery consistency across regions to ensure scalable execution
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle execution—from quotation, sampling, to production handover—ensuring speed, accuracy, and commercial alignment
- Manage product line P&L, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimisation while balancing business and customer priorities
- Plan and optimise organisational resources and workflows, using data and performance metrics to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time
- Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver competitive, high-quality solutions while proactively managing risks and ensuring seamless development-to-production transition
Candidate profile:
- Experienced product development, sourcing, or merchandising professional within apparel, trims, or accessories, with strong exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Proven track record of leading global or multi-regional teams, driving alignment, performance, and execution across diverse markets
- Strong command of product development systems, costing tools, and data-driven performance tracking platforms to support decision-making
- Deep exposure to manufacturing environments, including materials, sampling, costing, and production processes with strong technical grounding
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, balancing profitability, customer needs, and cross-functional collaboration across business units
