Merchandiser (Frozen Food, up to 35k)

Our client stands as a leading retail chain in the market, they're hiring a Merchandiser to cover their frozen food categories.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend a purchasing strategy for new products aligned with overall business goals
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and order processing
• Suggest retail pricing for products within designated categories
• Actively seek out new items while adhering to quality standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and develop visual merchandising guidelines
• Track inventory levels, sales data, damages, and loss rates to identify areas for improvement and address customer complaints with actionable solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 5 years' experience in merchandising for FMCG/fresh/frozen categories
• Category experience in dairy, processed/imported meat, deli & cheese is a strong plus
• Good command of English & Cantonese
