Supply Chain Specialist (SAP | 1-Year Renewable Contract)

A leading FMCG organisation seeks a Supply Chain Specialist in Hong Kong to optimise SAP-driven stock management and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and conditions across warehouses, ensuring compliance with company standards to preserve product quality
• Conduct inventory status checks, including BBD and VAS performance, and make necessary SAP location changes
• Reconcile inventory data between vendor WMS and SAP on a weekly basis
• Prepare and deliver accurate stock reports in SAP and other company systems on a weekly and monthly basis

Documentation

• Prepare sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes in SAP, ensuring accuracy for damage or shortage cases, and maintain records of customer orders, billing invoices, delivery confirmations and SAP logs
• Verify shipment quantities against plant invoices to ensure billing and delivery accuracy

System Administration

• Generate and maintain vendor purchase orders and customer sales orders in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate entries
• Manage the Goods Receipt process in SAP, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Oversee SAP invoicing processes, ensuring seamless transactions and accurate financial records

Candidate profile:

• Hands-on SAP experience in supply chain or logistics environments
• Experience managing multi-warehouse inventory, stock quality, BBD checks and VAS performance
• Skilled in WMS and SAP reconciliation, shipment verification and inventory accuracy
• Proficient in SAP orders, Goods Receipts, invoices, debit notes and credit notes
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping and data accuracy skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
