Our client stands as an MNC logistics services provider, they're hiring an AGM Commercial to develop the FF business strategically.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with the company’s objectives to drive growth and enhance profitability
  • Seek out and leverage new business opportunities to strengthen market presence and increase market share
  • Cultivate and sustain key relationships with major clients and global partners to ensure long-term success
  • Create an effective sales reporting framework to improve performance tracking and consistently surpass targets
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify avenues for expansion and guide strategic planning
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services, maximizing client satisfaction
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to boost brand visibility and foster connections

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or related disciplines. MBA is a plus
  • 8 years' experience in freight forwarding commercial posts (key account management/business development)
  • Strong connection/networking with APAC supply chain accounts
  • Both ocean/air are welcomed
  • Certain client base is expected
  • Team leading experience is highly preferred
  • Good command of English
