Robert Walters Hong Kong continued to support Feeding Dreams Cambodia

We believe no child should go to school hungry
Malnutrition remains a significant problem in Cambodia and is a cause in approximately one third of child deaths. In the past five years, the number of children suffering from chronic malnutrition has decreased only slightly and the number suffering from acute malnutrition may have increased.
Robert Walters Hong Kong is one of the corporate sponsors of Feeding Dreams Cambodia in 2017. The donation was made to support their School Meal Program, which helps to provide 600 free nutritious school meals per day. A daily on-site nutritious meal could be provided to students, ensuring vital nourishment, acting as a safety net for poor families and helping keep children in school. A team of Robert Walters Hong Kong staff visited the headquarter of Feeding Dreams Cambodia in August 2017 to meet the children and experienced helping them first hand.
“Sustainability is a key part of Robert Walters’ heritage and Feeding Dreams Cambodia addresses the issues of access and quality through emphasizing sustainable education and helping poor children realise their right to quality basic education. We are proud to support them and very happy to see our help make a true impact to the children in need.” said Ricky Mui, Managing Director, Robert Walters Greater China.
