We are currently seeking a visionary Marketing Director for a luxury brand, to lead the global brand strategy and elevate its presence across key markets, with a particular focus on Mainland China. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a storied luxury brand, blending heritage with innovation to captivate the next generation of discerning consumers.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, drive customer acquisition, and support business expansion. You will lead a dynamic team and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that resonate with both local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals. Translate brand vision into actionable campaigns across digital, retail, and media channels.

  • China Market Development: Spearhead localized marketing initiatives for GreaterChina, including influencer programs, social media engagement, and e-commerce activations. Navigate local platforms and consumer trends to maximize brand relevance.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign development — from concept to execution — ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and performance tracking.

  • Retail & Product Launches: Partner with merchandising and retail teams to support seasonal launches, in-store promotions, and customer experience enhancements.

  • Digital & CRM: Optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM. Leverage data analytics to refine targeting and improve ROI.

  • Brand Partnerships: Identify co-branding opportunities and manage external collaborations to expand reach and reinforce brand positioning.

  • Team & Agency Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team. Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirement:

  • 15+ years of senior marketing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

  • Proven success in building and scaling brand presence in China

  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital ecosystems

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage

  • Passionate about brand storytelling, innovation, and cultural nuance
