Senior Conference Manager (Finance / Web3 / Fintech)

We are looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join the team now!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of current financial market trends
• Identify and invite speakers whose expertise and insights align with the event’s theme and goals
• Design and develop the agenda for conferences, ensuring alignment with industry trends and audience interests.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape event agendas that effectively meet strategic objectives
• Provide cross-functional support to other teams as needed

Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience in developing conference agendas for large-scale events, with a strong track record of success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong business writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Solid understanding of, or keen interest in, emerging technologies including Web3, FinTech, and broader industry trends.
