Events Officer (Insurance - Agency Development)

Responsible for the coordination and delivery of agency recruitment events, you will collaborate with the team on strategy development and implementation to penetrate relevant markets. Reporting to the Director of MCI Agency Strategy and Growth, you will cover events, communications, promotional materials, social media, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute agency recruitment events - coordinating logistics, vendors, documents, and reports
• Develop and implement agency engagement strategies
• Conduct market research
• Create promotional materials, including posting on social media platforms

Key Requirements

• Bacelor's degree
• 1-2 years' experience in agency recruitment, development, communications
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organisation abilities
• Familiarity with agency culture and MC culture
• Languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese
