Senior Officer, Recruitment Events

Reporting to the Head of Agency Recruitment in a large global insurance company, you will responsible for the delivery of top talent activities. Planning and executing agency recruitment events, you will play a key role in material preparation, logistics arrangement, and event enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality agency recruitment events
• Create promotional materials (print and digital)
• Prepare market data assets such as brochures and leaflets
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on event delivery e.g. vendors, designers, technicians
• Provide daily administrative support

Key Requirements

• Strong event management record
• Solid organisation and multitasking skills
• Languages: English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 3-4 years' relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree
