Representing a luxury and contemporary culture platform to look for an international, highly presentable, and commercially elite Head of Sales & Partnerships. This is an influential, relationship-driven mandate designed for a true ambassador of the luxury ecosystem.

The ideal candidate possesses an immediate, established network of personal relationships with top-tier luxury brand, and this person will navigate directly to decision-makers, Brand Directors, and CMOs to co-create high-yield commercial partnerships, integrated media campaigns, and exclusive experiential events that drive substantial revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship-Driven Revenue Generation: Leverage an active corporate network within the luxury sector to secure high-value commercial partnerships, premium media alignments, and bespoke content sponsorships.

  • Experiential & Event Partnerships: Conceptualize, pitch, and execute high-end physical events, private dinners, and digital-to-physical experiences that align luxury brand narratives with an affluent audience.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as an articulate, high-profile representative of the platform at major industry launches, private events, and executive-level gatherings.

  • Strategic Commercial Leadership: Monitor shifting luxury retail trends and brand behaviors to innovate new commercial integration packages, digital media solutions, and creative revenue models.

  • Key Account Custodianship: Deepen long-standing institutional client relationships while identifying and onboarding emerging international brands entering the market.

Requirements:

  • The "Luxury Sense": An innate, sophisticated understanding of luxury brand DNA, heritage aesthetics, and the nuanced communication style required to interface with top-tier global houses. You are effortlessly polished, articulate, and presentable.

  • An Active Network: Immediate, direct access to Hong Kong and APAC-based commercial decision-makers within the luxury lifestyle and consumer sectors.

  • International Perspective: Seamlessly adaptable to global business standards, enabling you to build deep trust with international luxury corporate matrices.

  • Proven Track Record: At least 8–10+ years of senior commercial or partnership-driven experience within luxury media, premium PR/experiential agencies, high-end concierge platforms, or direct luxury brand wholesale/retail management.

  • Commercial Drive: A natural business developer who effortlessly connects high-concept brand collaborations directly to corporate growth and profitable ROI.

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native English fluency is essential to communicate effectively at the executive level.
