Project Lead, Business Transformation (Retail)
Currently in search of a strategic and highly organized Project Lead to spearhead a comprehensive, end-to-end corporate optimization and business transformation initiative. In this role, you will assume full ownership of the project lifecycle—governing project scope, managing capital allocation, maintaining delivery timelines, and aligning operational outcomes with our strategic organizational blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Governance & Execution

Govern the complete lifecycle of corporate change initiatives from initial scoping, resource planning, and risk architecture through to successful operational handover and project closure.

Enforce rigorous project governance, maintaining flawless documentation and reporting frameworks to guarantee all deliverables meet leadership expectations.

Monitor critical path milestones, proactively resolving bottlenecks, scope creep, and budget variances to protect project timelines.
Process Optimization & Architecture

Conduct deep-dive diagnostics on legacy operational workflows, technological ecosystems, and organizational structures to pinpoint systemic inefficiencies.

Architect and design future-state workflows, target operating models, and technology integrations aimed at boosting cross-functional productivity and commercial performance.

Establish data dashboards, metrics, and KPI frameworks to quantitatively evaluate benefits realization and calculate post-transformation ROI.
Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment

Act as a trusted advisor to functional heads and C-suite leadership, ensuring all optimization milestones directly reinforce long-term group priorities.

Formulate comprehensive change readiness, communication, and training frameworks to minimize operational friction and maximize team adoption of new processes.

Synthesize complex project data into executive-level briefings, performance dashboards, and strategic presentations for senior steering committees.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree holder. Formal project management credentials (such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent methodologies) are highly preferred.

A minimum of 12 years of progressive professional experience, acting as the primary project lead / single point of accountability.

Proven track record orchestrating large-scale business transformation projects is mandatory. Prior experience navigating the luxury retail, premium consumer goods, or multi-site hospitality sectors will be highly advantageous.
