Marketing & Communications Director, Asia (Education)
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead regional marketing and communications efforts across a diverse portfolio of premium education institutions. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, student acquisition, and market engagement across key Asian markets.
Responsibilites:

Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each school location, aligned with group-wide objectives and local market dynamics. Ensure campaigns effectively reach target audiences and convert leads into student enrolments.

Campaign Leadership & ROI Management Lead a range of initiatives—from high-profile regional events to localized outreach and digital engagement. Maintain strong budget discipline to maximize return on investment and continuously refine campaign performance.

Team Leadership Across Markets Oversee marketing teams across multiple geographies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to meet enrolment goals. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Brand Stewardship Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent and high-standard application of visual identity and messaging across all promotional materials and platforms.

Innovation & Platform Development Explore emerging communication channels and develop creative approaches to enhance audience reach and engagement.

Market Intelligence & Research Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer satisfaction studies to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities in diverse regions.

Conversion Funnel Ownership Manage the full student recruitment lifecycle—from lead generation and nurturing to conversion and final enrolment. Collaborate closely with admissions and academic teams to optimize processes and outcomes.

Performance & Data Optimization Apply a data-driven lens to identify bottlenecks, improve campaign ROI, and enhance sales effectiveness. Track and report on KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, and net new enrolments.
Requirement:

Proven track record with 15+ years in marketing and communications, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Expertise in branding, PR, and strategic communications, ideally with exposure to Mainland China and broader Asia.

Experience launching new brands or market entries is highly advantageous.

Deep understanding of regional market trends and digital platforms.

Exceptional communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
