Assistant Manger - Marketing and Communication (B2B)

We're collaborating with a reputable multinational company in the B2B sector to find an Assistant Manager for Marketing and Corporate Communications. This role will involve leading and executing effective internal and external communication strategies and working closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Distribution: Develop high-impact content for diverse communication channels, including the company website, intranet, newsletters, presentations, and social medias such as LinkedIn and RedNote, maintaining a unified brand voice.
  • Lead Website and Intranet Initiatives: Direct the content strategy, user experience, and stakeholder collaboration for both the company website and intranet, driving engagement and improving internal communications.
  • Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute impactful internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
  • Brand Consistency and Identity: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms, reinforcing the company's image.
  • Manage Corporate Events: Successfully plan, organize, and execute corporate events, ensuring they achieve their objectives.
  • Measure and Optimize Communication ROI: Analyze communication campaigns using data-driven metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within the financial services industry or a multinational corporation.
  • Bilingual Copywriting Expertise: Possess exceptional copywriting skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with native-level fluency in both languages.
  • Proactive and Self-Directed: Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Multimedia Skills (Preferred): Possess experience in graphic design, photo editing, or video editing software.
