Commercial Growth Director, Asia (F&B)
We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer business undergoing significant regional expansion. With a strong market position and an established customer base, the business is seeking a commercially minded marketing leader to drive the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will build a scalable growth framework, improve marketing effectiveness, and ensure commercial initiatives directly contribute to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Own the development and execution of the regional growth strategy, ensuring marketing, customer acquisition, retention and channel initiatives directly contribute to revenue expansion, profitability and market share growth

Partner with executive leadership to identify new growth opportunities, evaluate investment priorities and build commercially viable expansion plans across existing and future markets

Establish a performance-driven culture where marketing effectiveness is measured against clear commercial outcomes rather than activity-based metrics

Translate business objectives into actionable growth initiatives, balancing short-term revenue delivery with long-term customer and brand value creation

Take ownership of the commercial performance of marketing, ensuring customer acquisition, retention, pricing, promotional strategy and channel investments deliver measurable returns.

Develop robust frameworks for evaluating promotional effectiveness, customer economics, acquisition efficiency and investment ROI, enabling more informed decision-making across the organisation

Work closely with commercial, finance and operational leaders to optimise revenue drivers, improve profitability and identify sustainable growth levers across markets

Own the customer growth agenda across the business, encompassing acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty and customer lifetime value

Identify market-specific growth opportunities and ensure regional execution remains aligned with overall business objectives.

Build scalable growth playbooks that can be replicated across new markets, partnership models and future business ventures
Required Experience
- Experience in growth, commercial marketing, customer strategy or revenue-focused marketing.
- Proven success driving growth within consumer-facing, retail, hospitality, food delivery, e-commerce or multi-site businesses.
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing customer acquisition, retention and CRM initiatives.
- Track record of building scalable growth frameworks and performance-driven teams.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple functions and markets.
