Business Analyst - Compliance - 12 month contact

A global banking is looking for a compliance candidate with either consultancy or business analysis experience to join their wealth management division.

Successful candidates will be required to help strengthen governance, enhance visibility across the compliance around on boarding and KYC.

This role will require candidates with strong project execution and analytical experience as well as the ability to drive improvements and manage stakeholders across multiple business units.

This role is within private banking and wealth so candidates with experience within this sector will be preferred.

Role Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Lead transformation, governance, and strategic initiatives within compliance and account management
• Experience and exposure to account management, client onboarding, AML or KYC
• Simplify complex regulatory, operational, and data-related topics for senior stakeholders
• Drive process improvement, remediation programs, and project delivery tracking
• Partner with teams across the business to execute existing plans and projects
• Ideal for candidates with 5+ years' financial services experience, preferably from Big-4 consulting or business analysis from private banking/wealth
