Manager, Talent Acquisition - Bank (1-year contract)
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support recruitment initiatives and partner closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. This role offers an opportunity to drive end-to-end recruitment activities, talent sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
- Identify and engage high-quality talent through direct sourcing, market research, networking, and talent mapping activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support recruitment campaigns, talent attraction initiatives, and employer branding activities.
- Partner with internal teams to implement recruitment projects and continuous process improvements.
- Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while ensuring recruitment activities remain efficient, professional, and compliant with organizational policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience within a sizeable organization.
- Experience recruiting for financial services, professional services, or other corporate environments is advantageous.
- Background in both in-house and agency recruitment is preferred; agency recruiters with experience supporting banking or corporate hiring will also be considered.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment projects is an advantage.
- Strong capability in talent sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
