Recruiter, HR TA, Top-tier Bank

A top-tier bank is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and partner with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and design effective recruitment strategies
  
  
• Establish and maintain the professional reputation of the Talent Acquisition team, develop and maintain good relationship with Group functions and provide guidance and upskill knowledge of hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders as it relates to TA governance and processes.

• Explore and expand recruitment channels to attract candidates

• Provide effective support for recruitment marketing events and employer branding campaigns, ensuring strong planning and execution

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver recruitment initiatives and drive process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree holder, with 7+ years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Experience in Banking industry
  
  
• Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring is preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to work independently with stakeholders

• Strong business acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
