Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the team. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate brings proven success in both agency and in-house recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments, and expertise with modern HR technologies such as Workday and video interviewing tools.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and design effective recruitment strategies

  • Establish and maintain the professional reputation of the Talent Acquisition team, develop and maintain good relationship with Group functions and provide guidance and upskill knowledge of hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders as it relates to TA governance and processes.
  • Explore and expand recruitment channels to attract candidates

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

  • Responsible for new hire orientation when needed

  • Handle recruitment invoicing/PO related activities, if/as applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, with years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Prior experience recruiting for Digital, Distribution, Product, and/or Investment functions within insurance industry is highly preferred.

  • Background in both recruitment agency and in-house recruitment environments

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to work independently with stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, video interviewing systems, recruitment and talent assessment tools
