Talent Acquisition(3/6 months contract to perm/ Region hiring)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join the HR team for HK & Regional business

Responsibilities

• Handle a full spectrum of recruitment for Hong Kong and Regional Business
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job description, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offer proposals
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct market research on candidates sourcing channels to meet various business needs.
• Work closely with management in building and upholding the employer brand of the company

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment Agencies welcomed. Regional hiring experience is essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

3+ years in full-cycle recruitment processes
