What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for one of Hong Kong’s most respected financial institutions.

  • Arrange job advertisement postings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure all vacancies are promoted effectively.
  • Update candidate application statuses accurately within the recruiting system, maintaining up-to-date records for smooth tracking and reporting.
  • Contact candidates promptly to coordinate assessments and interview arrangements, providing clear information and guidance throughout the process.
  • Handle general enquiries from both internal teams and external parties with professionalism, ensuring all questions are addressed in a timely and considerate manner.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the talent acquisition team, assisting with documentation, scheduling, and other essential tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by the team, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure consistent communication and sharing of best practices within the recruitment function.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience by delivering warm, empathetic interactions at every stage of the hiring process.
