Director, Talent and Organizational Development
The Director of Talent and Organizational Development will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing the organizational culture, development strategies, and talent management practices. This position requires a strategic leader with a passion for cultivating a competent, motivated, and agile environment.
About the Role
- Directly report to Chief People Officer
- Lead a team and develop and implement comprehensive organisational development strategies that align with the company's mission and goals
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement through learning programs and professional development opportunities.
- Lead talent management initiatives by assessing and enhancing existing programs, while designing new strategies for performance management and employee development.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess organisational needs and design interventions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance talent pipeline efforts.
- Facilitate change management processes to support organisational transformation and adaptation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on best practices in organisational development and talent management.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
- Oversee the evaluation and enhancement of existing programs and policies related to talent and organisational development.
About the Person
- University degree holder in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in organisational development, talent management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent management and organisational strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Analytical skills to assess workforce data and drive strategic decisions.
- Fluency of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
