The Director of Talent and Organizational Development will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing the organizational culture, development strategies, and talent management practices. This position requires a strategic leader with a passion for cultivating a competent, motivated, and agile environment.

About the Role

  • Directly report to Chief People Officer
  • Lead a team and develop and implement comprehensive organisational development strategies that align with the company's mission and goals
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement through learning programs and professional development opportunities.
  • Lead talent management initiatives by assessing and enhancing existing programs, while designing new strategies for performance management and employee development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess organisational needs and design interventions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance talent pipeline efforts.
  • Facilitate change management processes to support organisational transformation and adaptation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on best practices in organisational development and talent management.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
  • Oversee the evaluation and enhancement of existing programs and policies related to talent and organisational development.

About the Person

  • University degree holder in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in organisational development, talent management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent management and organisational strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Analytical skills to assess workforce data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Fluency of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
