What you'll do:
As Deputy Manager Compensation and Benefits, you will be entrusted with managing the full lifecycle of HR systems—ensuring their reliability, enhancing their capabilities, and aligning them with strategic business goals.
- Oversee the daily operation, optimisation, and alignment of in-house HR systems as well as related peripheral applications to ensure they meet organisational needs.
- Work collaboratively with IT departments and external vendors to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities that improve efficiency for global HR teams.
- Translate evolving business requirements into clear system specifications while ensuring proper configuration and seamless integration with existing processes.
- Support the rollout of HR system-related projects by coordinating testing phases, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all platforms by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices for data management.

What you bring:
To excel as Deputy Manager Compensation and Benefits, you will bring a wealth of experience in managing sophisticated HR systems within large-scale organisations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline is required for this position.
- At least eight years’ experience in HR operations or human resource information systems management is essential; candidates with less experience may be considered for more junior roles such as Assistant Manager or Senior Officer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in administering HR systems as well as leading enhancement or transformation projects within large organisations is highly desirable.
