About the Role
This is an all‑round HR generalist role with regional exposure, responsible for leading a small HR team and partnering closely with business stakeholders. The role will cover the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in building consistent yet flexible HR practices across markets.
The level (Regional HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager) will be determined based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and hands‑on support
- Act as a trusted HR business partner to regional stakeholders
- Oversee full‑spectrum HR operations, including:
- Talent acquisition and onboarding
- Employee relations and performance management
- Compensation & benefits administration
- HR policies, compliance, and labour law matters
- Learning & development initiatives
- Support regional HR initiatives, ensuring alignment while respecting local practices
- Drive HR process improvement and standardisation to support business growth
- Prepare HR reports, headcount planning, and people analytics for management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 6+ years of solid experience as an HR generalist, ideally within a fast‑paced or growing organisation
- Regional HR exposure preferred (APAC or multi‑country experience an advantage)
- Prior experience leading or supervising a small HR team
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation; other Asian markets a plus
- Hands‑on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating both strategically and operationally
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin
