This all‑round HR generalist role covers full‑spectrum HR and supports regional operations, partnering closely with stakeholders to build scalable, people‑centric HR practices.

About the Role

This is an all‑round HR generalist role with regional exposure, responsible for leading a small HR team and partnering closely with business stakeholders. The role will cover the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in building consistent yet flexible HR practices across markets.

The level (Regional HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager) will be determined based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and hands‑on support
  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to regional stakeholders
  • Oversee full‑spectrum HR operations, including:
    • Talent acquisition and onboarding
    • Employee relations and performance management
    • Compensation & benefits administration
    • HR policies, compliance, and labour law matters
    • Learning & development initiatives
  • Support regional HR initiatives, ensuring alignment while respecting local practices
  • Drive HR process improvement and standardisation to support business growth
  • Prepare HR reports, headcount planning, and people analytics for management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 6+ years of solid experience as an HR generalist, ideally within a fast‑paced or growing organisation
  • Regional HR exposure preferred (APAC or multi‑country experience an advantage)
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a small HR team
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation; other Asian markets a plus
  • Hands‑on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating both strategically and operationally
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin
