HRBP, HR Senior Manager, Asset Management Firm

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Support regional transformation, restructuring, and integration projects.
• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR policies.
• Lead and coordinate annual HR processes, including performance reviews and compensation cycles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, tax administration, HR systems, and employee data management.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business and people decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within financial services, asset management, banking, or a related industry.
• Proven experience supporting transformation projects
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
