What you'll do:
As Senior HR Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organisation’s people strategy.
- Liaise with department and business unit heads to understand their unique requirements and translate these into effective talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies that support organisational objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing HR processes, policies, frameworks, and practices so they remain aligned with market best practices while supporting business efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment activities, employment offers, work visa applications, onboarding procedures, and early-stage employee experience initiatives.
- Manage and provide expert advice on employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, and compliance issues while maintaining professionalism and sound judgement at all times.
- Partner closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure accurate payroll validation, seamless processing of employment movements, and efficient offboarding procedures for departing employees.
- Participate actively in HR projects and strategic initiatives including digitalisation efforts, policy reviews, change management programmes, and other transformative activities designed to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Prepare insightful analytical reports on headcount trends, budgeting forecasts, attrition rates, workforce analytics, and overall organisational effectiveness to support informed decision-making by management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Hong Kong labour legislation as well as internal governance standards and corporate requirements to mitigate risk and uphold ethical standards across all HR functions.
- Contribute meaningfully to employee engagement programmes, employer branding campaigns, and corporate responsibility initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in human resources is required for the Senior Manager position; candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager level.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling complex HR matters within fast-paced or multifaceted organisations equips you to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation combined with up-to-date understanding of HR best practices ensures full compliance across all activities.
