A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact and strategic advisor. In this key role, you will leverage your strong business acumen and HR expertise to help drive the company toward its business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the HR Business Partner for designated portfolios, including corporate and front-line functions, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and various business partnering activities to support organisation goals.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify workforce needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
  • Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives such as employee engagement and wellness.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and international HR policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering and generalist roles, preferably in sizeable companies.
  • Ideal candidates should have a management trainee background.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and agile, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and consultative abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
