Our client is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to report directly to the Head of HR. In this role, you will lead a HRBP team and collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace.

About the Job:

  • Directly report to Head of HR
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support organisational goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead the team and manage talent acquisition, headcount management, performance management, talent development, retention, employee engagement and relations, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and business growth.
  • Facilitate the performance management process, offering coaching and feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, promoting a fair and inclusive workplace while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and current legislation, advising management on compliance matters.
  • Provide expert consultation to managers and employees on HR-related queries, driving adherence to HR policies and fostering a supportive work environment.

About the Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a multinational corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives, with a focus on driving organisational change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, with a track record of resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Fluency of English and Cantonese.
