HR Business Partner (Public Sector)
Our client is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to report directly to the Head of HR. In this role, you will lead a HRBP team and collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace.
About the Job:
- Directly report to Head of HR
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support organisational goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead the team and manage talent acquisition, headcount management, performance management, talent development, retention, employee engagement and relations, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and business growth.
- Facilitate the performance management process, offering coaching and feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, promoting a fair and inclusive workplace while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and current legislation, advising management on compliance matters.
- Provide expert consultation to managers and employees on HR-related queries, driving adherence to HR policies and fostering a supportive work environment.
About the Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a multinational corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives, with a focus on driving organisational change.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, with a track record of resolving complex employee relations issues.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
- Fluency of English and Cantonese.
