About the Role:
As a trusted business partner, you will provide strategic guidance on human resources matters, manage complex employment issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices. Your innovative ideas will shape the HR function, driving positive changes that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Provide strategic guidance on human resources matters to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage complex issues, including performance management and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices by introducing innovative ideas.
  • Engage in a hands-on generalist role with a focus on talent acquisition; primarily responsible for senior hires within the assigned portfolio.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function and driving positive changes that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a small team.
  • Execute HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 12-14 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably gained in sizeable and multinational companies.
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing the China market is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the HR Business Partner role.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
