Responsibilities

• Support job matching activities and annual salary survey projects to ensure accurate market benchmarking and compensation analyses.
• Assist in conducting job evaluations and maintaining job grading structures in accordance with established methodologies.
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of employee wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
• Assist with the administration of the Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and other reward and recognition programmes, depending on experience and business requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and compensation-related analyses using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Maintain accurate compensation and employee data records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with WTW (Willis Towers Watson) Job Matching and Job Evaluation methodology would be highly desirable
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous
