A leading global provider in the servicing sector is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join their Group HR team based in HK. What you'll do:

As a Total Rewards Manager within Group HR, you will be entrusted with overseeing comprehensive compensation and benefits activities for a global leader.

  • Manage the full spectrum of total rewards activities including job evaluation, market survey participation, compensation and benefits benchmarking, pay proposal preparation, pay ranges development, and rewards-related analysis.
  • Lead annual compensation processes end-to-end such as salary review cycles, bonus administration, budgeting exercises, and related reporting requirements.
  • Drive and support group-wide Total Rewards projects including pay structure benchmarking, benefits review initiatives, programme design enhancements, and policy framework development.
  • Partner closely with entity HR teams, business leaders, and cross-functional groups to ensure timely and effective implementation of total rewards programmes aligned with organisational philosophy.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on optimising total rewards processes and programmes in accordance with company direction and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular data-driven analysis across all areas of total rewards to inform proposals and ensure competitiveness within the market.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and local regulations to maintain compliance and relevance of total rewards offerings.
  • Assist in developing robust policies and frameworks that underpin the organisation’s approach to compensation and benefits.
  • Champion best practices in total rewards management by sharing knowledge across the group and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all total rewards activities are executed with high attention to detail while meeting tough deadlines under pressure.

What you bring:

Your extensive experience as a Total Rewards Manager will enable you to bring both technical expertise and interpersonal strengths to this role.

  • Strong knowledge in Total Rewards including market benchmarking exercises, job evaluation methodologies, bonus monitoring systems, flexible benefits administration, compensation analysis techniques, and pay range development.
  • Proven track record as a dependable team player who demonstrates ownership over projects while fostering collaboration across diverse groups.
  • Agility in navigating ambiguity coupled with the ability to work independently when required; self-driven attitude towards achieving excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including articulate communication abilities for influencing stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail for conducting data-driven evaluations of reward programmes.
  • Preparedness to go above expectations by managing workload efficiently under pressure or tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A recognised university degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum eight years’ relevant experience managing Total Rewards functions within large-scale organisations or consultancy environments.
  • Experience leading regional or group-level Total Rewards projects; exposure to multi-entity or multinational settings considered advantageous.
  • Fluency in English as well as Cantonese and Mandarin for effective communication across local and international teams.
