Role Overview: This role supports the organization’s international HR operations by serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, regional HR teams, and international assignees. The focus is on managing global mobility programs, compensation and benefits, policy harmonization, and strategic HR initiatives. The position plays a key role in building a globally consistent, compliant, and competitive HR framework.

Key Responsibilities:

🌍 International Mobility

  • Provide expert guidance on global mobility strategies, expatriate lifecycle management, and governance of compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure all mobility practices comply with Group standards and local regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management, regional HR teams, and international assignees to ensure policy alignment and effective communication.

💼 Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and structure expatriate compensation packages that are both market-competitive and compliant with tax, immigration, and employment laws across jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of mobility-related benefits.

📊 HR Framework & Workforce Analytics

  • Support the implementation and harmonization of HR policies and frameworks across regions to drive consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects focused on policy enhancement, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support workforce planning, organizational development, and talent deployment strategies.

🌱 Performance & Talent Management

  • Assist in performance management processes and support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Help identify high-potential employees and design career development pathways to foster long-term organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong foundation in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms; experience with Cornerstone is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
