Senior Manager or Associate Director, Rewards (APAC Coverage)
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director of Rewards with a strong focus on Organizational Development to lead the design and implementation of rewards projects across the APAC region.
About the Job
- Oversee the design and implementation of APAC rewards projects, ensuring they align with both global strategies and local market practices.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative rewards programs that enhance employee engagement and retention across the APAC region.
- Coach and support country rewards teams and APAC HR stakeholders to effectively execute rewards initiatives.
- Serve as a PMO to coordinate all country-level rewards projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Interpret and communicate global rewards policies to local teams, providing tailored guidance to ensure effective implementation.
- Facilitate the cascading of global rewards initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing rewards programs, utilising data analytic to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on rewards initiatives, leveraging insights to refine and improve programs.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in rewards management to ensure the APAC region remains competitive and compliant
About the Person
- Bachelor degree holder with over 8+ years relevant working experience
- Strong PMO experience from rewards perspective
- Preferred candidates will have experience from both in-house and consulting backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on client management. Purely consulting experience is equally valued.
- Proven expertise in project design and implementation.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with global and APAC stakeholders, as well as country rewards teams.
- Experience in organisational development is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
