Senior C&B Officer | 30K

The industry leader of aviation is looking for a Senior C&B officer to join their team. They are the major provider of aircraft line and base maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation & MPF management and other C&B-related assignments;

  • Assist in various C&B programs such as annual review, salary & benefits survey, salary benchmarking, and staff benefits review;

  • Design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits;

  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to algin with organizational objectives;

  • Participate in HRIS system implementation and enhancement project;

  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Payroll / C&B management, preferably in a sizable company;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must;

  • Well-organized, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and able to work independently;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
