C&B Manager/ Senior Manager (50k-70k)

Currently seeking an experienced Senior C&B Manager/ C&B Manager for a diverse business group.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Compensation and Benefits operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Lead the C&B team in maintaining accurate data and benefit enrolments.
  • Analyse market surveys and best practices to enhance talent attraction and retention.
  • Prepare and oversee the HR budget and provide analytic for decision-making.
  • Advise on C&B policies, review and enhance processes for operational excellence.
  • Drive HRIS system change project
  • Deliver HR analytic, reports, and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 8-12+ years of experience, preferably gained in a sizeable platform, with a focus on managing front-line populations. Experience in labour-intensive industries is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in managing C&B operations and full spectrum C&B, with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience in leading a small team is preferred.
  • Ideally have experience in driving HRIS system change projects.
  • More experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Senior C&B Manager.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
