A leading financial services organisation seeks an Execution and Closing Analyst (Contract Role) in Hong Kong to support real estate investments and structured transactions, ensuring accurate execution and efficient deal completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate deal closing documentation with stakeholders such as investing professionals, asset managers, legal teams, and external parties
• Develop an understanding of real estate investments, transaction structures, and governance requirements
• Support due diligence processes and critical deal timelines
• Contribute to operational solutions for structured transactions

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1-2 years’ experience in financial services, operations, or related fields; exposure to private markets or transaction support is a plus
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while working collaboratively across teams and regions
• Chinese language skills are preferred
