Finance Manager - Private Equity Firm

A leading private equity firm seeks a Finance Manager in Hong Kong to strengthen financial operations, reporting, and investor relations, supporting strategic growth and long-term business success.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting, partnering with joint venture stakeholders and auditors to deliver accurate, compliant financial statements
• Oversee accounting operations and deliver timely financial reporting across multiple fund entities
• Manage investor capital calls, distributions, and statements, ensuring accuracy and a seamless investor experience
• Drive cash management, cash flow forecasting, and foreign exchange reporting to support liquidity and financial decision-making
• Oversee fund and SPV administration, including entity setup, KYC, banking, and corporate governance, while managing external service providers
• Support tax structuring, investment transactions, and strategic finance projects, contributing to operational efficiency and business growth

Candidate profile:

• Bring 4–8 years’ accounting experience; private equity fund experience or a Big 4 background will be an advantage
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate, high-quality work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a collaborative, positive approach
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal skills
• Be available to start immediately or at short notice, which will be an advantage
